Non-Receipt of Items

Cancellation Policy
As we strive to fulfill orders promptly, cancellations are only accepted within a limited window of time 10 minutes after placing your order. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
REFUND POLICY
As we mentioned we do not provide any refund if order is processed and dispatched. Refund will be applicable if you receive and defective product please inform us within 10 mins from receiving your order. We will check and initiate your refund within 1-2 business days in your original payment account.
